I've owned this knife nearly 20 years and it's still my goto blade; the only issue is that it's incredibly difficult to sharpen even for professionals which is a consequence of how long it holds an edge.

The knife looks and feels good. However I wish it had a contoured bolster so a pinch grip would feel natural. The weight was good, the handle also comfortable.

My most favorite kitchen knife. Worth the money 100%
