[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a full set of Zwilling Henckels knives and they’re all great, but the 4” paring knife is my favorite one. Like all they’re knives, it’s high quality and stays sharp.

The forged German steel in this knife makes a very strong sharp blade. The handle material and full bolster are very comfortable to hold and give me a confident grip. The steel cap on the end gives me the weight Im looking for. The slim profile of the blade allows for accurate trimming and peeling with little waste.

High quality German steel blade with a comfortable 3/4 tang, paired with a comfortable smooth moulded handle. This paring knife will pare,and do other detail work efficiently.

This is a great little pairing knife. Perfect for small jobs- peeling, slicing, dicing, etc. This is a lighter German knife and the bolster provides a nice finger guard so you do not have to worry about cutting yourself. Very comfortable handle, sharp blade.
