It’s too soon to comment on the durability of this product, but so far I am pleased with the nonstick capability and the overall heft and performance of the pan. Years ago, I bought a small nonstick ceramic saucepan that has a great interior coating, and it still works as well as the day I bought it in terms of the nonstick surface. I finally decided to buy a frying pan, even though I normally use cast-iron or my instant pot or Stainless steel in an effort to avoid toxic chemicals leading into my food, including the ones that have yet to be discovered as toxic. Hopefully this is as non-toxic as advertised in the long run, and it’s amazing to not have to use any kind of oil and be able to cook so easily in it. I will update my review if it does not hold up as expected over time. Also, I think that the green is a beautiful color.

just as a warning, the rose color is nothing likce the online picture. It is much paler and fleshy looking. Very disappointing. Would have chosen a different color.

This is the best pan to make breakfast in. It cleans up so easily. Love it!

The ceramic fry pans are a great addition to our stainless-steel Pure cookware. We love the color. We feel like we are cooking healthier on the ceramic. Great for eggs and crepes! Comfortable handle and no rivets for food to get caught on!

I purchased this pan along with the 6 pc cookware set. I really liked being able to buy only what I need versus a larger set. I've been looking for nonstick cookware that is safe to cook in and these pieces fit the bill. No harmful chemicals are in the nonstick ceramic coating. Even the exterior is coated with ceramic which makes for easy cleanup and keeping the appearance of the pans looking new. Everything I've cooked in the skillet has turned out nicely..nothing sticks and I appreciate not having to use any fat to cook with. A couple other features I'm liking are that there are the measurement markings in the pots and no rivets in the pan, so they're easy to use and to clean. The silicone on the handles make the pans extremely easy and comfortable to handle. It's a great looking set and really giving me great cooking results.
