Received Zwilling knives as a wedding present years ago and there is no equal for the quality and longevity of this German made cutlery. Somehow the tip had broken off my 6" paring knife (....suspect being used as a screwdriver by someone who shall remain un-named?). Replaced it with this one from Wayfair and I'm back in business.

I got tired of the hardware store knives that were constantly breaking. I have a larger set of knives from this brand so I finally bit the bullet and paid a bit more to upgrade to a quality knife. Really happy I did. These feel great in the hand, are from a great brand, and are extremely sharp.

Paring Knife
Dishwasher safe. Do not exceed a washing temperature of 130 °F. And try to place the knives separately to avoid impact with other objects. Nonetheless, the extremely aggressive cleaning chemicals that are used in dishwashers can damage the surface of plastics and steel. However, highly recommend washing all of your knives by hand as it’s gentler on the steel. Clean them under lukewarm water with a mild detergent and a non-scratch cloth or sponge. Then dry immediately.
