German quality. These forged knives are classics! Great weight and balance. The blades are super sharp. The tripe riveted handle is comfortable. They have some heft to them. Everything you would expect in a German knife. The set includes my 4 favorite knives. Together they can tackle any slicing, chopping and dicing. The magnetic bar stores them safely within easy reach and frees up precious counter space.

This set has four popular knife profiles that allow you to tackle any cutting task in your home kitchen. The blades are forged for a very sturdy and weighted feel and are made from specially formulated steel to resist corrosion while maintaining a razor sharp edge. With normal use you should only need to sharpen these about once per year. The set comes with a honing steel and a pair of Zwilling shears which I personally think are the best kitchen shears around.
