Excellent pan. Heavy and sturdy. Just use a little oil or butter and nothing sticks. Very easy clean up. What I don’t like is the slanted sides. While it is 9.5 inches wide at the top, the flat area in the bottom is about 6 inches wide. It’s still a great pan, but I wasn’t expecting that much of a difference between top width and bottom width.

This is the best pan I ever bought. I have a Zwilling Madura in a smaller size, and I am so happy to buy the 11-inch one. This is truly non-stick and it makes cooking so much easier!
