This is a beautiful knife. I prefer it to a chefs knife for some tasks and this one is well worth the purchase.

This nice is sharp, not too heavy. It's a good knife.

Haven't used it yet but love the weight and sharpness. Excited to use.

Very happy with my purchase of the Santoku knife. Incredible quality. It’s very sharp and the weight is evenly distributed - not too heavy - so easy to maneuver. The knife is easy to clean and excellent for vegetables. I can’t recommend it enough. Would buy it again.

Perfect size, good grip, sharp, and easy to maneuver. If I could only have one knife, this is it. It covers all the need.
