Dishwasher safe. Do not exceed a washing temperature of 130 °F. And try to place the knives separately to avoid impact with other objects. Nonetheless, the extremely aggressive cleaning chemicals that are used in dishwashers can damage the surface of plastics and steel. However, highly recommend washing all of your knives by hand as it’s gentler on the steel. Clean them under lukewarm water with a mild detergent and a non-scratch cloth or sponge. Then dry immediately.

This knife was advertised as normally $100 but on sale for $44. I am very disappointed in the quality. The blade is very thin and will not last for more than a few sharpenings and the tang isn't very sturdy. It weighs a lot less than my little 4" utility knife and just doesn't have a good feel in my hand. It will work for soft foods but I doubt it will work well for stuff like onions that need a sturdy blade. I had hoped to find something that would eliminate the need for me to use a big chef's knife so much because I have small hands, but this knife isn't it.
