I have really enjoyed this knife. Sharp, sharp, sharp out of the box. A joy to use.

Just one of many Zwilling knives that I own. This one may become one of my favorites. Excellent sharpness especially great when I want to slice something very thin.

What a great deal on a very good knife. Comfortable in the hand, easy to to adjust to it's cuts and the length makes it easier to work in the kitchen. I was concerned about the thin profile, but that fear went away quickly.

The knife is super budget/beginner friendly! The tip is super sharp for fine dices, and its very lightweight. This can be a plus or a minus for you. I prefer a heavier knife but my store didn't have any of the japanese ones in stock but thats okay! I love this knife, thanks!

The Bunka is an excellent substitute for a standard chef's knife for light work. Very good for fine rocking chopping.
