I used this carving knife fork on a ham it was so easy the fork held the ham in position with no problem while I sliced very even pieces awesome winner

I like the fork because it can hold a roast in any position for slicing it properly. I have a 8 in. and a 10 in. carving knife. I use them for slicing roasts, carving chickens and turkeys, and cutting up watermelon, and cantaloup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received the set in the mail and I like the fact that they are light in weight. I will follow the care instructions and I’ll write a follow up about the quality after being use. We have bbq during the summer and it will use it to cut the meat in thin slices for the “tacos” and during the holidays for the turkey and prime rib. Nice presentation.
