Loving this pan so far. Have used for 3 months and it has kept the non stick well. It is heavier but I like that it is aluminum free and ceramic for better food safety from toxic chemicals in other non stick. Cooks nice and evenly as well. I am hoping it lasts for a while to make the price worth it. -)

I have been using Zwilling pans for 10+ years now. I was looking for saucier pans when I saw this one. This pan is a great combination of a saucier and a saute pan, and it's just what I needed. I can saute vegetables then add liquid and a rue for a super meal. I strongly recommend both Zwilling and this "Perfect Pan".

Zwilling is a quality brand. The price on Wayfair was a really great for this brand. This is my first utensil with the ceramic nonstick surface. I would not have purchased this without the Zwilling name on it .
