I would rate it even lower than 1. I received this item completely shattered in pieces and trying to contact you to return it for 3 days now with no response. I need to get shipping label to sent it back. Terrible service from this company in terms of communication with customers. Please avoid this company if you can!!!

It's beautiful and keeps my coffee warm for a long time. Only issue, & a big one, is that it leaks every time I pour. A third of the coffee ends up on the counter instead. I've never had this issue with other french presses. Really disappointed considering how much I spent on it.

I love the elegant and simplistic style of this product. It functions as it should and the double wall of both the press and glasses keep the coffee at a good temperature for a long time.
