Love these knives and this completed my set.

I love these steak knives. The forged German steel blade is extremely sharp and easy to maintain. The curved bolster like all the Zwilling Pro knives make them so comfortable to hold. The oak handle is very smooth and looks great on my table.

This is a great idea to be able to purchase an additional Pro holm oak steak knife. It is helpful that this is available in individual purchases for replacement, steak knives do disappear mysteriously. This knife is not serrated, it is manufactured from high carbon German steel, corrosion-resistant and will not rust, stays sharper longer and almost never need to sharpen. Handwashing only is recommended for this is a wooden handle knife.
