Great sharp knife high quality

Cutting with this knife made me want to trash every other knife I own. I never knew chopping vegetables could feel so smooth and light. I want to buy the entire line of these knives.

Received as a gift and made my prior knives look cheap. The handle has a great weight and hand feel. The blade itself has a beautiful design with very sharp blade out the box. Could not be happier to receive this knife.

This is the most expensive knife I have bought. It is well balanced and extreamply sharp. The ergonomics are easy on the hand when cutting lots of produce. Only thing I have noticed is a slight bend in the blade, I'm not sure if my eyes deceive me but I shall continue to use it.

Sharpest knife I have. I’ve had this knife for 3 years now and I’m just finally having it professionally sharpened.
