There isnt enough I can say about this knife. It cuts through vegetables and fruit like they are butter cut thin pieces of fruitveggies is a breeze with this nakiri.

I got this in the mail a couple says ago and decided to make some tofu congee to test it out. It cuts scallions, ginger, leafy greens all beautifully, stems and all. it has a nice balanced lightweight feel to it and is easy on the hands. despite the blade not being as thick as a chef knife it also cuts dense root vegetables nicely as well. definitely recommend this if you frequently eat your veggies :)

The Nakiri knife has a 6.5 inch blade which is ideal chopping fruit and vegetables.
