I purchased this paring knife and two other knives made by the same manufacturer . This is a fantastic paring knife !! It’s razor sharp , has the perfect weight and feels just right in my hand !! I use it a lot because it’s the best I have ever owned !! It is made in Germany and they make the best quality cutlery ! I definitely recommend this paring knife!! Loved the knife until we somehow found the tip of the knife broken off after only a couple of months in use. Not sure if it was used improperly or what but the knife is expensive to have that happen!!!
