Order necessitated by my mistaken purchase of the wooden base for the stropping block instead of the complete assembly. I would have given the complete stropping block assembly five stars if I had ordered that like I should have.

Great leather strap replacement for the hardwood stropping block.

The leather stropping block is the perfect way to finish knife sharpening. It puts on a fine polish that makes the blade incredibly sharp. Unfortunately, if done incorrectly, you can cut into the leather. This is the "fix" if that happens.

This replacement leather makes it simple to replace the worn leather on either Kramer stropping blocks. It's cut to the right size and shape.

A leather strap I am a fan of in keeping my knives clean and polish after sharpening. Just glad that this leather strap replacement is available in the market. A reasonably priced well-made product.
