I got about 3 washes out of mine and it quit. Unfortunately Wayfair did not help with the return and sent me to Zline. Zline has the WORST customer service. After no response and no help at all I turned them into BBB and finally they sent me a new one. I've had the new one for almost 3 years and it's worked great!
