I ordered this ZLINE chimney to fit the new ZLINE range hood and at installation the contractor determined that it was too wide to fit over the hood. I could not find the correct size at Wayfair and I had to go through the manufacturer to order the correct size. Wayfair will not let me return the item to them for a credit or refund even though it has been under 30 days. I order from Wayfair frequently and have never had this trouble. Now, I will have to see if the actual manufacturer will work with me.
