My kitchen was completely renovated. The DuraSnow Zline 33" Farmshouse Sink was installed last Saturday. By Tuesday, there was rust spots all over the bottom of the sink. I followed the guidelines in the manual and did not leave wet items or a dishpan in the sink. I sent an email with photos no response. I called their toll-free number after waiting on hold while they counted down the customers on hold, when I reached the first in line. They disconnected me, telling me to send an email. I am extremely disappointed in the product and the service. Wayfair handed me off to ZLINE and ZLINE will not respond.
