Now that we’ve used this for over 6 months, I will say it’s aesthetically beautiful, but functionality wise it does not wash our dishes properly. Dishes come out feeling greasy & filled with the simple foods still on the plates.

The product has a manufacturing defect that the door does not have a resistant spring. The door is very heavy, cannot hold itself up and falls freely when opened. This is a brand new product, purchased and contracted by the develop of the whole residential community where more than 60 homes are newly built. I got no where to ask for help. My developer said the manufacturer's responsibility for the manufacturing defect and let me get help from you, but I don't have a receipt. So I fell in a crack with the new home and new dishwasher!
