The oven was beautiful, but it had 4 prong plug in and my outlet was 3. I called Zline & they said you couldn't reduce it down and that I would need an electrician. Wayfair let me return it and made the return easy. 5

This is the best induction cook top oven ever. Easy to use, just turn on to your desired setting and there you go; no hot handles or CO2 gas, just the heat where you need it, on the the bottom of the pot or pan. Oh, did I say it heats real QUICK too.
