It is still in the box as we are waiting for the cabinets to come in so i have not seen it nor has it been installed, but i am Extremely satisfied with the experience i had ordering item and the speedy delivery as i did pay more for it to be expedited and it was delivered right on time! So happy!! Ordered one from another company and i was still waiting on it when i ordered this one from wayfair so i call to Cancel that order as they could not give me a tentative date as to when they would even ship me the item and i ordered it on February 9th! Wayfair has not only shipped the item, i have received the item! Wayfair will be my 1st choice in searching for items from now on!

Had to get a replacement for scratches and dents. It functions great but it doesn’t seem like they are well taken care of in packaging

Perfect fan, a couple of vent grills where dented and I was expecting to have the ceiling trim with the fan when in actuality it did not but Zline’s customer service is next to none not only did replace the dented grills the shipped me the ceiling trim piece at no cost. Thank you Zline
