Zline is the worst company to deal with and I would never purchase another zline product. The item arrived dented, zline gave me 150 for the very visible dent because my installers would charge me to wait for a replacement. I wasn’t thrilled but I took it. I did not receive the advertised “included” carbon filters and zline told me I needed BUY them. Wayfair stood by me through all of these issues. I was happy I didn’t buy it thru another website and be totally on my own with just awful zline. Wayfair gave me a substantial refund to buy my own filters. Zline’s customer service sucks!

Product is good quality, but I had to go and buy the heat lamps for the rear. I expected the unit to have them

I like the product but I did not recive any instructions who to Operate the unit and any warranty papers

I bought this gas range for my new house it’s perfect design

I just installed this and find the manufacturer could made this process a lot easier. They should supply a template. I made one myself. They only have 2 screws that attaches the hood to the wall. I add 2 inside of the range.
