This range hood is difficult to operate, and very difficult to clean. The fan settings are confusing and the blower is really loud. The worst of it is that the light bulbs last about a month and no one carries them in a big box store, and it takes 20 minutes to replace them! I know this because I had to install the original set and you have to get under the hood, practically laying on the stovetop, while you pull out panels! It’s not just a bulb, it’s the entire light fixture that needs replacing when it goes out. Our lights lasted a month before they dimmed and finally died. We’ve tried to find them on-line, including the Z-Line website, with no luck.. Very, very dissatisfied with this purchase.

Great price, just the right size. We originally ordered one that had the wrong dimensions listed in the description. It didn’t fit. The customer service rep literally pulled up the manual online, saw where it was listed incorrectly and submitted a ticket to have it fixed for future orders. Meanwhile he sent me a return label to ship it back and also helped me find a unit that worked for our space and he gave it at the same price as the first one I ordered. Wayfair has the friendliest and best customer service!

I love the size and look of this unit! It has not been installed yet, So I will update my review to include functionality.

I am really pleased with this hood. As a professional chef I have to say it stands up to my cooking at home. The lights are a big plus to see what you're cooking. Its quiet and easy to clean too.
