Hood hasn’t ever worked properly since installed. Customer service is terrible. For months I have been trying to get a replacement. I call, they say they will call back but don’t. They tell me a new one in on the way, never shows up... I call back and now it is discontinued. I call again and they are trying to find one in a warehouse, they never call back.. now they won’t answer the phone and you have to submit a claim online. I would never order from them again.. over $700.00 range hood that I can’t use.
