the air volume is excellent, the only issue is the heat lamps do not turn off

Just unpacked and installed our Zline 36, and so far lots has been disappointing. There were two dints. One in the side that would not be seen and a small dimple on the front corner. They were not from the packaging but from the manufacturer. When we plugged it in and turned it on the noise was like an airplane going off. My husband took it apart and the shroud was bent so the motor was rubbing. He put a gasket around the motor to pull it out a bit and now it runs great. Now I place, I am trying hot soapy water and a microfibre cloth to shine it up but can’t get it to look clean. I will get some stainless steel cleaner to try but good quality stainless steel should clean easily. So far I am so disappointed.

I like the product but I did not recive any instructions who to Operate the unit and any warranty papers

I just installed this and find the manufacturer could made this process a lot easier. They should supply a template. I made one myself. They only have 2 screws that attaches the hood to the wall. I add 2 inside of the range.
