This is AWFUL. It is not white like the photos or descriptions. Half of it is stainless steel which looks awful with the white. The worst part is that it comes wrapped in white protective film and I thought it was actually going to be white and that was too late to return it. So misleading! So disappointing! Now I’m going to have to figure out how to paint it.

it wasn’t what we ordered. We would like to have a refund on this item. It’s supposed to be white and it’s stainless steel. The pictures are very deceiving.

!!!!Warning!!!! This product does not even look like the photos! It's not all white. I've attached the customer service BS response about "lighting being upscaled." They are simply lying. There are others here who have had the same issue. Wayfair lost a long-time customer because I can't trust a photo on this site. You probably should not either.

This hood is beautiful and elegant looking. The only part is I wish it was all white to the ceiling.

It came damaged and Wayfair can be challenging to deal with. Finally, after many phone calls and long delays, they replaced it.
