We purchased this refrigerator expecting a premium product, but it has been nothing but headaches from day one. Installation Issues: The installer forgot to reinstall the magnets at the top of the doors, which caused an error code and shut off the interior light. We had to figure this out and fix it ourselves. Error Code Not in Manual: The error code we encountered isn’t even listed in the manufacturer’s error table, which made troubleshooting harder than it should have been. Water Line Doesn’t Work: Neither the included filter nor the bypass filter works, so the water dispenser inside the fridge is completely nonfunctional. Wrong Parts Sent: We ordered champagne bronze handles and received polished gold instead. The replacement order was mysteriously canceled, and we still don’t have the correct handles. Door Latch Defect: One of the doors has a latch that often sticks in the open position, so the door just bangs into the frame instead of sealing shut. For the price, I expected a reliable appliance. Instead, I’ve spent far too much time and money trying to get it to function properly. Between the poor quality control, missing parts, and lack of support, this refrigerator has been a complete disappointment. I cannot recommend it and would urge buyers to look elsewhere.
