Heavy Duty and nice color. However, directions are unclear. Vague diagram of screws, it does not label the sizes of the different types of screws. Missing the screws labeled (J) that puts the cap on the hood. Missing the flexible duct that paperwork said is in the box (labeled L). If my partner and I were not handy and able to purchase these things on our own, it would have been harder to install. All of the QR codes that show the different hoods and installation do not go to the specific hood that was purchased.

Ive had it installed love the look. But last week the vents stop turning on and the button seem to be locked. I can’t get the vents to turn on at all but the lights work. The panel isn’t showing the complete number any longer.

There are two scratches on it

We love the look of this hood with the stainless steel, matte white and champaign bronze finish. It replaced an over-the-range type microwave / hood combination which was huge and ugly and did not vent very well. The hood is now the eye-catching focal point of our kitchen
