My review is regards to shipments and quality control before shipment . This item gets shipped in two separate packages, we received them about 2-3 wks apart so that has delayed the install by a professional and now that we opened the boxes, we see the chimney is bent , this is a cosmetic issue and very visible and there is another peice that is all bent, it’s internal part and not sure if it will blow the air out since it’s bent. The items were packaged carefully and externally there was no damage, these damaged didn’t happen during shipment, they were there before shipment. So now I have to contact customer service once more to get a replacement parts which will delay our install further . Very frustrated

Nice design. You should be aware that the fan is actually placed in the kitchen’s attic. I was lucky enough that it fit. Would have rather had the fan in the housing. I will say that the remote fan makes it quiet.

This is a beautiful hood, it does a great job, it’s, easy to clean. I love being able to put the vents in the dishwasher!

Looks beautiful! Haven’t installed yet but I love the look so far!
