on delivery the unit was obviously damaged. in fact the stainless steel band around the rear was pulled by something so strong it pulled it away at places from where it was held in place.

Sleek and a eye catcher. Has great ventilation pull and has several levels of suction. My only complaints are...the fan is a bit loud and my front panel only lights up once you press on the light or vent fan icons. It's extremely hard to see the number on and light icon on the solid black touch panel. It should have a back light. Could be the installer missed connecting a wire for the back light. Otherwise it's a beautiful focal point in my new kitchen.

Love this range hood! It has two swivel lights that shine down on your cooktop so you can really see what you are doing. Very sleek so the backsplash is not covered up.
