Doesn’t come with charcoal filters. Shows smudges very easily. The chimney extension is short and I paid another 250-300 getting a longer extender and crown molding and filters directly from zline and was charged 400 for a ductless install . Did not come shipped in the standard protective cling film as is standard but luckily wasn’t scratched

Just a beautiful addition to our kitchen remodel. We are using this as a ductless and it seems to be working great so far. It is a tad loud at the two higher settings (total of four). I love the light feature with two settings. The hood itself is well made, well styled and very functional for our tiny beach bungalow.

Love this hood! We ordered it to go with our new 36" stove and it looks great in the kitchen. I definitely was ready to get away from the hood-vent-in-the-microwave situation ans this makes the kitchen look great!

Works well. Looks nice. Easy to operate. Good suction. Install seemed fine. We hired a professional because of the roof work needed. Should have come with the crown because I can’t find that anywhere and will have to have one made. If your ceiling is 10’ you’ll need more chimney.
