Be prepared for potential damage. My hood arrived dented, and the replacement was also damaged upon arrival. The resolution process was an exhausting cycle of being passed between Wayfair and Zline, which stalled my kitchen renovation for weeks. I cannot recommend this item due to poor packaging and customer service.

It is a beautiful range hood and looks great in my kitchen. Not too loud and not too difficult to install. The only thing I would complain about is cleaning it. It shows every finger print.
