Item came damaged and Wayfair, who shipped the item and was responsible for distribution, which is where the damage occurred, simply referred us to the manufacturer . Terrible customer service, still unresolved as the manufacturer refers us back to the distributor, Wayfair.

So far, so good. Have not tried the convection part yet.

Sigh… I love Zline and they are working with me to replace the one I have. Does not cook popcorn… isn’t that what you need a microwave for? I contacted the company and they sent me instructions on how to make microwave popcorn. Jeepers!! Well it only burned the bag and contents or finished on the max setting with 3/4 of the kernels unpopped. They are replacing it as it arrived with the plate not turning as well. My biggest complaint with Zline products is the finish, it scratches so easily, arrives with tape on it that leaves a mark that cannot be removed by the manufacturer’s instructions (just soap and water and a soft cloth) so the tape mark remains on both sides of the door face. I live in Canada so the shipping of the replacement microwave is a problem and it’s been 5 months trying to work with the company to get it. So I called Wayfair service and they solved the problem in 10 minutes!! That said I am still waiting for the new one but you can be sure I will call them for how to remove the tape mark once it arrives. Beautiful appliance. Just wish they would improve the finish and I am ever hopeful that the new one will make a bag of popcorn. The speed oven is great. Alas, I can’t see myself buying Zline again until they fix their finish. I am a professional caterer and have no kids at home to wreck things and at this point it just looks terrible. Wish I could leave a better review Update… 10 months later and still no replacement. Wow.

This is a fantastic company to deal with. Their customer service is impeccable and their product is even better. I want to buy their other appliances now.

Fantastic buy. Brilliant, the only thing it doesn't do is vacuum after we are finished cooking. Lol.
