The delivery from fed ex was completely damaged. The picture they took was a joke. The side that had the least damage not showing the box falling apart and the hood all dented and ruined. (I’ve got lots of pictures) Our contractor was supposed to install it the next day. Now we wait and hope the next one is good quality and not damaged.

This is the focal point of our new kitchen remodel! It is so striking against the large white subway tiles we used as a backsplash. People have commented on the beautiful stainless crown molding at the top. It really is the finishing touch to customize the kitchen!!!

This hood has been awesome. Visually the hood looks great. What I particularly like is it doesn’t have the zline brand plastered all over it. It’s also pretty functional, but would benefit from less confusing button layout. Once you get the hang of the buttons - it’s easy to use and works well with enough suction on high to keep the kitchen clear of smoke and steam.
