Unfortunately it came damaged. It looks like someone bought it and tried to install it.

It looks very nice and it was fairly easy to install. We had two people holding it up while the 3rd person made the attachments which was the best way. The LED lights are great. The fan has 3 speed options and an automatic 3 minute shutoff which are perfect. The fan is noisier than the sone rating indicated but still quieter than our old fan.

Arrived fast, complete, and factory wrapped. Instructions are easy to understand and install is easy if you have intermediate installation skills. I ran an extension cord to test lights and fan and they worked perfectly. I am surprised at how quiet my unit is, Compared to my sister in laws kitchen aid
