The grill plastic is absolutely ridiculous to take off. Actually impossible. It has taken me hours and I’m only halfway done. And it’s still impossible to get all the plastic off. Makes it very cheap looking in my brand new kitchen. For that price this should not be like this!

I haven't installed the hood yet but wanted to praise Wayfair for promptly replacing the original hood which was destroyed in shipping.

Please be aware that this comes with a separate motor that needs to be installed in the attic. The description was not clear on that and the images never showed the second piece that comes with this so it’s very confusing. I’ve since found out that is what they mean by “remote”. My review is not in a product itself but the inaccuracy of the description. I had to go to another website that sells this same product to understand this.
