This product failed to work correctly on day one. I got an E1 error for zone 2 when powered on. I contacted Wayfair and provided photos. They eventually agreed that the product was defective but refused to provide a shipping label for its return. I was told to keep, donate, or dispose of it. Who would want a defective wine cooler? Disposing of it means hauling, which means an additional cost for me. Adding insult to injury, they failed to refund the $160 Allstate warranty fee. It took several calls and more time than I wanted to cancel the transaction entirely. Oh, and when I contacted Z Line, I was told it was a 'warranty' issue. And they'd schedule someone to come out. Laughable. A new item fails out of the box, and Z Line says 'warranty' rather than a defective unit that should not have been sold.
