Absolutely a night-mare, we ordered the item and it delayed the deliver 3 times and I have spend many times to call and deal with Wayfair & RXO (delivery company ). Item finally deliver after 2 1/2 weeks and received a completely wrong item and different model number. Now I have to call again their manufacturer directly for Zline Kitchen support when I report the item is wrong. Terrible terrible experience!!!!!

Product seems great. Waiting for install for use. Shipping was an absolute nightmare. The delivery company held this for 2 months and I had to spend an insane amount of time with WayFair and RXO to get these, had to drive 1 hour to finally pick them up after two months of the delivery company holding it.

Really like the unit. It did come with the incorrect handle but that was handled and the new one arrived within a few days. It was delivered upside down and the turntable was cracked. That's not a Wayfair problem but they are handling that as well. Thank you, Wayfair.
