The plastic seal on the operation panel is easily scratched/pealed on such costly Zline microwave. Very disappointing..! I have to use my finger knuckle to press to prevent it to scratch further. Also, The handle in front should give an option to remove so others don’t accidentally just pull out the door like a counter microwave especially for guest that doesn’t know how to utilize the open/close button.

I love my Zline microwave. We have had it for a couple of years now. The first one had some issues but the company replaced it for free. Very easy to clean, very spacious and the drawer glides in and out without spilling a cup of coffee.

Love this microwave! Sooo easy to clean. Fits a 9 x 13 dish. Very happy only thing I would change is the control panel is not backlit but that was an easy fix just put up little rechargeable motion light above it.

For the price, I was expecting more. Looks amazing in my kitchen though. Gives me counter space back. Heats well. Had to replace the first one, it shorted out within the 1st 2 months.
