Arrived heavily damaged !!! The packing box is not damaged. Trying to find the Wayfair contact information on their site. There is not any contact phone number.

I purchased the Zypher Breeze II under the cabinet range hood as my contractor told me it's a good brand. After receiving 2 damaged hoods, I decided to shop locally to find a white hood to go with my appliances. I was very disappointed. The Wayfair customer service was helpful and prompt. Zypher needs to work on their inspection of products before packing and improve their packing materials. Both hoods were received scratched and damaged along the top and front sides. (The first 3 photos are from the second shipment. The last two are from my first delivery).

Good hood, worth the price and works well with good fan and good lighting. Recommended so buy with confidence

The product arrived with a substantial dent in the top of the hood. There was no obvious damage to the packaging. I initially contacted Wayfair, and after going back-and-forth numerous times, they told me to contact Zephyr. Zephyr told me that this was a Wayfair issue and they could not help me. After numerous back-and-forth and unanswered emails, I finally had to go through the Better Business Bureau. Someone from the Wayfair, corporate office contacted me and immediately resolved the issue. It was an extremely frustrating process.

Product was received in good condition. Product dimensions were not consistant from front to back so we will need to alter our cabinet
