Exactly what we wanted! Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the hood came majorly dented. I called Wayfair customer service and they apologized and told me that I would have to contact the manufacturer to resolve the problem. I was very disappointed initially, but then when I called Zephyr, their customer service was actually very helpful and are sending me a replacement after seeing the pictures. Can’t wait to get it!

Great product. The baffles come out easily to clean, the light is bright, and the variable fan speed works well. A bit noisy on the highest setting but the lower settings are a reasonable noise level.

Unit arrived on time as stated. Looks great, a little noisy in high setting but works well. Easy to install

Very sleek design, great addition to my kitchen.
