Product as advertised. Shipping delayed 7 days w/o notice. Had installer waiting for it and had to pay for his wasted time.

3rd one received damaged. Very dissatisfied, especially that no one will take the initiative to change the shipping method and dump FedEx for a better company or have the manufacturer wrap the product better.
