For 2 years from the original date of purchase, we will provide, free of charge, parts, and service labor in your home to repair or replace any part of the hood that fails because of a manufacturing defect. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser for products purchased for ordinary home use in North America.

Great hood once they sent me replacement grease baffles. There was a loud high-pitched wailing sound with the original baffles. When I called to complain the agent wasn't surprised. Immediately said he would send out an upgraded pair of grease baffles. Why didn't the hood come with them in the first place if the company knows the stock baffles make a horrible noise??
