A friend of ours who did a similar kitchen renovation clued us into XO appliances, and this beverage cooler specifically. We absolutely LOVE this beverage cooler. It fits 66 cans in a 15" wide appliance -- more than enough to support my craft beer habit. :-) The function, design, fit and finish are all good -- modern, solid and beautiful. The unit is quiet, the digital display makes it easy to see the temperature inside. And the stainless steel and glass smooth-gliding pull-out trays that make it easy to get at beverages way in the back. There are also helpful features such as a door lock, door open alarm and the ability to change the color of the interior lighting. So overall we're thrilled with this unit. The only issue -- which was a big one -- was a huge delay in shipping from Wayfair. This was probably a supply chain issue from the manufacturer, but Wayfair listed a ship date on the item that wasn't even remotely accurate. Months went by and we made many calls to customer service. It took probably 3-4 calls and increasing frustration before we finally got Wayfair to give us some transparency and confidence into the shipping and delivery. At the end of the day, it all worked out -- it's a fantastic appliance that got here in great shape -- but the long wait times without knowing what was going on made it hard to coordinate with our contractor. So, five stars for the appliance, but I'd give Wayfair's handling of it maybe two stars.
