I bought this knife as a holiday gift for my girlfriend. I bought it in September because I like to do my shopping early. SO, at the time of this review, I haven't actually given it to her yet. Nevertheless, I did open the package and inspect the knife. I've never held such and elegant kitchen tool in my life. It's amazing.
