Beautiful, comfortable to use and very sharp. I bought this to replace my old Wusthof classic santoku that the handle deteriorated after 30 years of being put in the dishwasher. (I’ll be handwashing these.) The price for the set at Wayfair was lower than anywhere else I looked. I had some confusion about the length of the larger knife’s blade. The Wayfair description says 6” and I was worried that it would be shorter than the one I was trying to replace. But, the new Ikon knife blade actually measures 6.75” and is exactly the same as my old classic santoku. I’m very pleased to have these knives.

These are the best knives in the market. I look forward to a lifetime of use!

Excellent quality. The best cutlery.

So Very Happy with my purchase! Good for slicing and chopping, with the added safety feature on both, because of their weight and ergonomic design. Thank you, Wusthof, for creating a wonderful product!

Beautiful knives in every way…. a seamless extension of the chef’s hand and imagination.
