This is a very well made spatula. But I use it for so much more than fish, which it excels at. Very versatile from flipping food while pan searing to removing g cookies from a baking sheet. The thin, sharp, edge makes it near perfect. Very good ergonomics and comfortable handle with good grip.

Great product for fish, pancakes, grilled sandwiches, and anything else that needs flipping.

It's like a 12 speed bike. It doesn't have gears but it has the ability to adapt and make itself useful for the many tasks required. It's not just a slotted fish spatula.

I thought the handle would be the same as the knives— it is not. It feels very light and delicate. I’m considering returning it as I’m afraid it will not be very durable and will melt easily. I like the metal spatula portion. I’m surprised and disappointed by the handle.

Recommended and works. Need to keep it away from the dog. . .
