We received our Performer knifes and were extremely happy with the quality. In comparison with my Chef knife made by Japanese company, this knife is 100% better

I never realized how dull my old knives had gotten until I used my new knives I love the length and also how thin the blade is. I just wish it was available to match the rest of the new knives I purchased,

This was sharp and made removing the inedible portion of beef tongue a cinch.

Added this to my other Performer knives … a great addition to my set
